John McCain Reasserts Hatred for President Trump by Coming Out Against Graham-Cassidy Health Care Bill

McCain's 'no' vote on Graham-Cassidy is about nothing more than his pure hatred for President Trump. Consider that his own state governor likes the plan, Graham is a close, personal friend of his, McCain wasn't on Trump's Whip list, he campaigned in 2012 on repealing Obamacare and the fact that for all of McCain's talk of wanting debate, amendments, etc. on a bill, Democrats have shown ZERO interest in working with the GOP on even fixing Obamacare. Someone needs to just present all these facts to McCain and ask him straight to his face, if there was a different President, would he say 'yes' to Graham-Cassidy?

And so, what’s important is to have an inclusive process, not to try to manipulate into a particular decision or to advance your own agenda.”

Michael Morell and Mike Pompeo: Person's of the Week

Claim to Fame: Morell is the CIA’s former acting director, while Pompeo is a former CIA director

Why They're the Person's of the Week: for standing up for their beliefs by coming out against Harvard Kennedy School's foolish decision to announce convicted felon and traitor to our country Chelsea Manning as a Visiting Fellows for the 2017-18 academic year.

Manning, a longtime cross-dresser, was released from a military prison in Fort Leavenworth, Kan., in May after serving seven years of a 35-year sentence, which was commuted by former Far-Left President Barack Obama. Now a private citizen, Manning has remained a hero with the Godless Left for divulging military secrets that put the lives of thousands around the world at risk to this day.

Which is why Pompeo and Morell weren't having it.

After Manning's announcement was made, citing “an obligation to my conscience — and I believe to the country,” Morell, a fellow since 2013 at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, resigned in protest and called the school’s invitation to Manning an endorsement of her decision to break the law. Hours later, Pompeo backed out of a scheduled appearance at Harvard, declared Manning “an American traitor” and publicly shamed the school for signaling to its students that “you too can be a fellow at Harvard and a felon under United States law.”

Indeed, as part of the program, visiting fellows appear on Harvard’s campus for speaking engagements and events, interacting with undergraduate students on “topical issues of today,” the school’s initial announcement explained.

Bowing down to pressure from conservatives and ultimately common sense, on Friday Harvard published a 700-word statement, several minutes past midnight, from Kennedy School Dean Douglas W. Elmendorf, who sought to rationalize the meaning of Harvard fellowships — “Any determination should start with the presumption that more speech is better than less,” he wrote — before concluding that offering one to Manning was a “mistake” and withdrawing the invitation.

Morell hailed the decision, saying Elmendorf demonstrated “courage and wisdom.”

Jemele Hill: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim To Fame: ESPN's 6PM Sportscenter host

Why She's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for joining her 'stay woke' Black liberals pals in the elitist Left and aligning herself with the 'Donald Trump is a white supremacist' crowd in a series of tweets responding to Kid Rock supporters on the internet. Hill, a bore on television and one-half of one ESPN's lowest rated programs, said this about Trump: "Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists. Trump is the most ignorant, offensive president of my lifetime. His rise is a direct result of white supremacy. Period."

One can imagine the outrage from the Left and the mainstream media, if a conservative ESPN host ever said anything of the likes on social media towards Barack Obama while he was leading the country.

And all those lazy personal attacks despite the fact that for almost half of his adulthood Trump has been a Democrat (or Independent), has condemned hate groups like the KKK and Neo-Nazi's all his public life and has done more for Blacks and minorities in 8 months as POTUS then Barack Obama did in 8 years. Of course, after Hill's tweets went viral, liberal ESPN being liberal ESPN, did nothing to discipline Hill except to distance itself from her vile comments and reporting that she had agreed that she was out of line.

"The comments on Twitter from Jemele Hill regarding the President do not represent the position of ESPN," the network said in a written statement. "We have addressed this with Jemele and she recognizes her actions were inappropriate."
When asked about the matter at a press briefing this week White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders wasn't having any of Hill's blatant ignorance and disrespect.
"I'm not sure he's aware but I think that's one of the more outrageous comments that anyone could make and certainly something that I think is a fireable offense by ESPN," Sanders said.
'Fireable' is right, considering that ESPN had no problem firing Curt Schilling for making controversial comments about Muslim extremists, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and transgender bathrooms on his social media pages. And Linda Cohn, an ESPN fixture since 1992, recently ran afoul of the network when they chose to punish her for publicly discussing the network's political bias, just days following Hill's derogatory remarks about President Trump.
Anyone else want to question whether or not ESPN is biased politically?
And because she's a righteous, hypocritical, leftwing scumbag, following the brouhaha, Hill issued an apology/non-apology, double-downing on her smears towards to president, but lamenting how her comments might have impacted her colleagues and employer.
And they still wonder why Hillary lost.

President Donald Trump: Person of the Week

Claim to Fame: 45th President of the United States:

Why He's the Person of the Week: for turning his back on his own fractured, do-nothing party, embracing bi-partisanship and putting Americans first by striking a huge legislative deal that suspended the debt ceiling for 3 months and provided $15.3 billion in much-needed disaster aid to victims of Hurricane Harvey. The House voted overwhelmingly on Friday to send the deal to President Donald Trump for him to sign, overcoming conservative objections to linking the emergency legislation to a temporary increase in America's borrowing authority.

The 316-90 vote would refill depleted emergency accounts as Florida braces for the impact of Hurricane Irma this weekend and Texas picks up the pieces after the devastation of the Harvey storm. All 90 "no" votes were cast by Republicans. The deal, struck with Democratic leaders Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, was passed by the Senate the previous day by a vote of 80-17.

Trump's deal allows Congress to get rid of end-of-September deadlines to raise the debt limit and avoid risking default on U.S. debt, and funds the government and avoids a shutdown. And while there's concerns on both sides of the aisle on what happens when the deal ends Dec. 8, for 3 months anyway, it's a huge win for Trump.

J.J. Watt: Person of the Week

Claim To Fame: DE for the Houston Texans

Why He's the Person of the Week: While there have been many professional athletes, celebrities and other VIPs around the world who have reached down in their pockets and gone out of their way to donate money to the relief efforts in Texas and Louisiana after the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey, Watt's effort stands out. A 4-time Pro-bowler who was drafted by the Texans with the 11th pick in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft, Watt has made it his business to become a public face for those who wish to help Harvey victim's out. Last Sunday Watt started an online fundraiser for victims of Hurricane Harvey with a modest goal of $200,000. On Friday, the amount donated surpassed his updated goal of $17 million. His new goal is $20 million.

When the fundraiser hit the $10 million mark, Watt recorded a video thanking all of his donors, from the celebrities down to the "kids with lemonade stands" who held fundraisers of their own to donate. Watt again pledged that all of the money raised would go directly to the victims of the flood, saying that "phase one" of the project would be the delivery of supplies to the city, including generators, baby products, and other items.

The Houston Texans standout said: "My first phase is what I'm doing is this weekend, my teammates and I have semi-trucks rolling in from out of town that we filled up," Watt told CNN's AC360. "We have about nine semi-trucks that are going to come to town. And we have those all filled with stocks, supplies, water, food, clothing, everything. So, we're going to give that out this weekend.

"I'm not just here for the initial fundraiser," Watt later added. "I'm here to make sure that we take care of you down the road."

Indeed, Watt is a role model on and off the field. To donate, click here.
