Liberal New York State Parole Board Grants 2-Time Murderer Parole

A convicted murderer who fatally stabbed two men on the same Brooklyn block just months apart in 1985 has been approved for release by the state parole board — infuriating one of his victims’ families, The Post has learned.
“If he can take two lives, he can take more,” said the weeping daughter of father of 12 Angel Lugo, who was knifed to death during a robbery by Juan Franco.
The woman, who only wanted to be identified as Sandra, and her nine remaining siblings will appear before the parole board Friday and beg members to change their minds about releasing Franco next month.
Franco, 50, has spent the last 26 years in prison for murdering Lugo, a family man he met at a bar in DUMBO.
The two played pool, and Lugo even bought him a beer because it was payday.
As the unsuspecting dad later walked to the subway station at York and Jay Streets, Franco jumped him and stabbed him repeatedly before swiping his valuables.
Franco went home — but then returned to Lugo’s body after realizing he hadn’t gotten all of his cash.
Two months earlier, Franco fatally stabbed stranger Phillip Lopapa in his car during an argument over how much Lopapa would pay Franco for a consensual sex act.
Franco was also arrested in 1984 for a non-fatal stabbing and even stabbed an inmate while incarcerated at the Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate Dannemora.
“Stabbing comes very easily to this guy,” said another of Lugo’s children, Luis, to the Post. “Too easily.”
“He’s an animal,” Sandra seethed.
And thanks to far-Left New York state's leeway for convicted felons to hold down jobs, this guy will probably be holding a job at Target or McDonald's soon...that's if he hasn't killed somebody else first, of course.

It is beyond the pale that anyone would make it a comedy about it,” she added.
Her brother, Michael Reagan, echoed her praise. “Thank you for taking the right path,” he wrote on Twitter.
So many things out there maligning conservatism out there by the Left and they rally around this? Well, i guess when it comes to dissing their hero President Reagan, the Right just won't stand for it.

Child Rapist/Actress Lena Dunham Promises To Leave the U.S. of Donald trump is Elected President

Television actress and producer Lena Dunham says she's planning to move to Canada if GOP front-runner Donald Trump becomes president.
"I know a lovely place in Vancouver, and I can get my work done from there," Dunham said Monday at the Matrix Awards, which honors women in the communications industry, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "I know a lot of people have been threatening to do this, but I really will."
Dunham is a vocal supporter of Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton. The creator and star of HBO's "Girls" also campaigned for President Barack Obama's re-election bid in 2012.
She's not the first American to contemplate a move up north if Trump wins. Last month, searches for "how to move from the U.S. to Canada" -- and similar phrases -- were up 455%from February following a string of Trump wins.

California Man Dressed As Woman Busted for Videoing Women in Ladies Bathroom in Macy's Store

A Palmdale, California, man wearing women’s clothing was arrested in a Lancaster Macy’s store after he was seen in a women’s bathroom. The man was allegedly videotaping women in the bathroom.
Jason Pomare, 33, was arrested over the weekend after mall security officers learned he had been hanging out in a Macy’s department store women’s bathroom. The security guards contacted a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) deputy who found the cross-dressing man in a mall storage area, NBC Los Angeles reported.
When Pomare was contacted, he was wearing a wig and women’s clothing, including a bra, a statement from the LASD revealed. “The deputy noticed he was wearing a wig and appeared to have breasts,” LASD Sergeant Brian Hudson told the Los Angeles news outlet.
While searching the suspect, the deputy discovered a video camera in his purse. The camera allegedly contained hours of women using the bathroom inside the store.
Witnesses told police that Pomare would conceal the camera in bathroom stalls. The woman who contacted store security noticed the “recording light” on the camera. It appears Pomare was in the bathroom for around two hours, Hudson told the reporter.
On Tuesday, Pomare was formally charged with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for purposes of sexual gratification. The charges are misdemeanors under California law. If convicted, Pomare could face up to 6 months in the county jail and a fine of up to $1,000 on each count. His criminal record was not released, but if he has a prior conviction on this charge, the penalties would double.
And according to the liars in the liberal press and those idiots advocating for men to use women's bathrooms, there hasn't been a single incident of something like happening.

The editor of Bangladesh's first LGBT magazine, who was also a USAID worker, was one of two men hacked to death Monday evening in Dhaka, officials say.
Ansar al-Islam, the Bangladeshi division of al Qaeda in the Indian subcontinent, claimed responsibility for the killings in Bangladesh's capital. The claim was made in a statement distributed on social media.
A statement from USAID, an American government agency for poverty prevention, identified the slain editor as Xulhaz Mannan. "Today, USAID lost one of our own," it said.
"He was the kind of person willing to fight for what he believed in, someone ready to stand up for his own rights and the rights of others," USAID Administrator Gayle Smith said in a statement.

Lawsuit: Woman Swears ‘I Wasn’t Raped,’ University Kicks Out Male Student Anyway

Despite two students swearing up and down that the sex they had was consensual, Colorado State University-Pueblo gave the male student a multi-year suspension for the “sexual assault” anyway.
So alleges former student-athlete Grant Neal, who recently filed a lawsuit against the university. According to the lawsuit, Neal and a female trainer went to the movies and had consensual sex while both were sober. When the female trainer’s co-worker noticed a hickey the following morning, she reportedly misunderstood the female trainer’s explanation and believed she had been sexually assaulted by Neal.
Shortly afterwards, the trainer texted Neal the following, according to the lawsuit:
“One of the other Athletic Training students screwed me over!…She went behind my back and told my AT advisor stuff that wasn’t true!!! I’m trying so hard to fix it all.”
“I miss you & care about you so much Grant! Everything will work out…I promise”The trainer called her coordinator and told her bluntly, “I’m fine and I wasn’t raped.”
She also called her mother to explain that she wasn’t raped, according to the lawsuit. Neal says he even recorded a meeting between the two of them where she made it clear the sex was consensual. Apparently none of it mattered; Colorado State University-Pueblo found him guilty of sexual misconduct anyway and gave him a de facto expulsion.
The University released this statement: “CSU-Pueblo cares deeply about its students and is committed to providing a safe and secure education environment… In light of student-privacy laws, the university is prohibited from commenting about specific student discipline cases. Accordingly, CSU-Pueblo is required by law to refrain from discussing any details of the matter.”

A Rape Survivor Speaks Out About Transgender Bathrooms

It’s the same desperate inclination I’m fighting today. Everywhere I read in the news, there’s talk of another school or gym or business that is boldly adopting “progressive” new locker room policies designed to create equal rights for people who identify as transgender. These policies allow transgender individuals to use the locker room consistent with the sex they identify as their own, regardless of anatomy.
While some have proposed a third option for transgender people (single-occupancy restrooms and showers), this option has been largely struck down, and employees are prohibited from suggesting it, as it is considered discriminatory and emotionally damaging to a group of people who are working so hard to fit in. The solution? Anyone can use whatever restroom he or she wants without being questioned.
Victimizers Use Any Opening They Can Find
I read these reports, and my heart starts to race. They can’t be serious. Let me be clear: I am not saying that transgender people are predators. Not by a long shot. What I amsaying is that there are countless deviant men in this world who will pretend to be transgender as a means of gaining access to the people they want to exploit, namely women and children. It already happens. Just Google Jason Pomares, Norwood Smith Burnes, or Taylor Buehler, for starters.
While I feel a deep sense of empathy for what must be a very difficult situation for transgender people, at the beginning and end of the day, it is nothing short of negligent to instate policies that elevate the emotional comfort of a relative few over the physical safety of a large group of vulnerable people.
Don’t they know anything about predators? Don’t they know the numbers? That out of every 100 rapes, only two rapists will spend so much as single day in jail while the other 98 walk free and hang out in our midst? Don’t they know that predators are known to intentionally seek out places where many of their preferred targets gather in groups? That perpetrators are addicts so committed to their fantasies they’ll stop at nothing to achieve them?
Wouldn't be nice if even liberal women saw the common sense in all this and spoke out against having to share restrooms with men?

DePaul University students, don’t fear! There will be no more political “chalking” at your school.
Apparently, someone wrote — with chalk — on a campus sidewalk last week: “Make DePaul Great Again.” The message sent students and staff into a tailspin. The xenophobia! The bigotry! The racism!
“While these chalk messages are part of national agendas in a heated political battle, they appeared on campus at a time of significant racial tension in our country and on college campuses. DePaul is no exception,” DePaul’s vice president for student affairs Eugene Zdziarski wrote in a campus-wide email obtained by Campus Reform. “Theuniversity has been addressing campus climate issues in an effort to provide an inclusive and supportive educational environment. In this context, many students, faculty and staff found the chalk messages offensive, hurtful and divisive.”
Mr. Zdziarski cited the school’s nonprofit status, which prohibits students from engaging in political activities that could be reflected as the university’s “views or opinions.”So no more political chalking allowed.
Last week, DuPaul’s College Republicans organized a chalking — something very typical at the school — and wrote things such as “MakeDePaul great again,” “Blue Lives Matter,” and “Trump Train 2016,” according to Campus Reform. The next morning, when the grounds crew cleaned up the chalking, some on the team found the messages to be inflammatory.
No word on whether “Black Lives Matter,” or “Hope” or “Change,” are political messages, or whether they will be tolerated in future chalking.

Last week socialist Bernie Sanders sat down for an interview with the New York Daily News editorial board. This week, it was Hillary Clinton's turn.
When asked specifically about her tax policy and how she plans to pay for proposed infrastructure "investment," Clinton admitted her plan to pay for campaign proposals will require a $1 trillion tax hike over the next ten years.
Clinton: Over a million. Yeah, right.
Daily News: ...and then to carried interests, a change in capital gains that would reward people for holding for six years or more, I believe it is. How much revenue do you foresee coming off that and what will be the impact on growth?
Clinton: Well, I have connected up my proposals for the kind of investments I want to make with the taxes that I think have to be raised. So on individual pieces of my agenda, I try to demonstrate clearly that I have a way for paying for paid family leave, for example, for debt-free tuition. So I would spend about $100 billion a year. And I think it's affordable, and I think it's a smart way to make investments, to go back to our economic discussion, that will contribute to growing the economy.
Now I'm well aware that this is a heavy lift. I understand that. But I think connecting what I'm asking for to the programs, to the outcomes and results that I'm calling for give me a stronger hand, and that's how I'm going to go at it.

With the upcoming New York primary, it’s no surprise that networks are sending their crews out into their New York City backyards to observe voters in their natural habitat. It’s also perfectly sensible that for the Republican contest, the media would focus on the small, unusual Republican-leaning New York City Borough of Staten Island.
What is surprising, even inexplicable, is who MSNBC is sending out to talk to “the people.” On Monday morning, for example, liberal host Steve Kornacki was anchoring the network’s morning “hard news” block (another issue for another day) when he tossed to this report from former The Reid Report host and current MSNBC “National Correspondent” Joy Reid:
Reid is a smart and savvy politico with experience to spare, having started out in the unglamorous but respected print journalism field, and who was the managing editor of The Grio until 2014, and has long been one of the most liberal commentators on a left leaning network. As recently as August, she characterized Trump fans as “White Americans who feel left out of Obama’s America.” Reid’s name has also been bandied about as a possible replacement for the departed Melissa Harris-Perry, the most flaming liberal on MSNBC’s bonfire.
Which is to say that Joy Reid is good at doing what she does, which is to be a flame-throwing liberal at a liberal network, but she’s the absolute wrong person to send out to interview Republican voters. Liberal Rocker Bryan Adams Cancels Mississippi Concert Over New “anti-gay” Law After Playing In Homosexual-Condemning Egypt Last Month

This guy toured Egypt just last month and his biggest complaint at the time was that customs officials scribbled on one of his vintage guitars. Being gay isn’t technically illegal there but it is, after all, a Muslim country so gays are arrested on euphemistic charges like “debauchery.” Punishment can be harsh too: The CNN story at the last link mentions one sentence of 12 years. Egyptian police are known to pose as gay men and women on gay dating apps like Grindr to try to entrap locals; humiliations like anal probes also aren’t unheard of during arrests.
The dark irony, per this Independent story on persecution of gays in Egypt, is that “secular” regimes like Mubarak’s and Sissi’s have cracked down harder than the Muslim Brotherhood did during the brief period a few years ago when they ruled the country. The reason is politics: Because the secularists are forever under suspicion of being “un-Islamic” compared to the Islamists, they try to prove their piety to Egyptians by making an example of gays. You would think all of this would weigh heavily on a right-thinking pro-gay bro like Bryan Adams, but like I say, either he didn’t care or didn’t care to know. How come? It’s strange, unless his Mississippi boycott is nothing more than moral peacocking.
Either his consciousness about gay rights was raised only very recently or Adams is less concerned with draconian persecution of gays abroad than with the off-chance that someone who wants a devout Christian to photograph their gay wedding might not be able to force them to do so. You could try to defend the double standard, I guess, by claiming that Adams’s boycott might have some small modicum of influence over public opinion here whereas a boycott of Muslim states would have none whatsoever, but that argument doesn’t fly. For one thing, a sincere moral objection — “I cannot in good conscience” — doesn’t depend on whether your objection moves others. It’s a statement of where you, personally, draw the line. If Adams is bothered by the persecution of gays, he should find the thought of playing Egypt more repugnant than playing Mississippi.Yeah, yunno because when you're a self-righteous, hypocritical liberal celebrity, being consistent about your so-called 'moral conscience' isn't required.

Authorities seized a laptop and multiple hard drives from his Orange County apartment, Daleiden said in an email. The equipment contained all of the video Daleiden had filmed as part of his 30-month project, “including some very damning footage that has yet to be released to the public,” he said.
A spokeswoman for California Attorney General Kamala Harris (D) said she could not comment on an ongoing investigation. But the raid confirms that California is among the states looking into possible criminal activity on the part of Daleiden and his organization, the Center for Medical Progress, which have been the center of controversy since releasing videos purporting to show that Planned Parenthood illegally sells fetal tissue for a profit.
Er, a raid? Exactly what kind of crime is alleged by investigators, anyway? Did Daleiden fail to surrender said equipment after having it subpoenaed, or did Harris et al simply decide that his videos were the equivalent of the methamphetamine empire of Walter White from Breaking Bad? Mitch McConnell: 'Safe To Say' No Action on Garland Nomination

Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland met with a key moderate Republican senator Tuesday, but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell swiftly issued a reminder that he doesn't plan hearings or a vote on the nomination.
In comments after a private meeting of the Republican conference, McConnell said he is not budging despite an all-out effort from Democrats and progressive activists over the congressional recess to pressure GOP senators -- especially those up for re-election -- to reconsider their opposition to Garland.
"The situation when we broke for the recess two weeks ago was that there were 52 Republican senators who didn't think we needed either hearings or a vote in committee. Today, two weeks later, we have 52 Republicans who think we don't need either hearings or a vote in committee," McConnell told reporters.
"I think it is safe to say there will not be hearings or votes," he added.
His comments came after Republican Sen. Susan Collins was effusive in her praise of Garland after a private meeting with the judge Tuesday and predicted many of her GOP colleagues would feel the same way if they reversed course and decided to meet with him.

You might be a little confused by that headline if you’ve seen some of what Mark Levin has said about Donald Trump recently. He got pretty angry over Trump’s attacks on Ted Cruz and he’s made it clear he has serious problems with the GOP frontrunner.
But he is not on board the #NeverTrump train, like other conservatives are. Despite objections from many that they could not bring themselves morally to vote for Trump, Levin said the stakes are too high.
He declared, “These people are not conservatives, they’re not constitutionalists. They’re frauds, they’re fakes. They’re not brave, they’re asinine! They’re buffoons!”
Levin argued that stopping Trump at the convention is one thing, but refusing to help him, even if it means President Hillary Clinton, is a serious error:Good to see one conservative Trump-hater making some sense when it comes to Billary.

Megyn Kelly Discusses Possibility of Leaving Fox News

Fox host Megyn Kelly said she was leaving open the possibility of leaving her network once her contract expires next year.
In an interview with Variety published Tuesday, Kelly discussed Fox’s clashes with Donald Trump over what the candidate has sought to characterize as her poor treatment of him. Kelly maintained that the network was behind her. “Fox News has been in a tough position,” she said. “They care about me and they are not afraid of a fight, but we’re in unchartered territory.”
The (one-sided) feud with Trump began after the very first Republican debate, which aired on Fox in August, when moderator Kelly pressed Trump on his history of crude remarks about women. He has repeatedly blasted her credibility and value as a journalist on Twitter — and even on Kelly’s own network, speaking to Bill O’Reilly. Trump has labeled her “crazy,” “sick,” and “overrated” among other epithets.
Asked if she was planning to stay at Fox following the expiration of her contract, Kelly said she wasn’t sure yet.
I don’t know what’s going to happen. I’ve had a great 12 years here, and I really like working for Roger Ailes. I really like my show, and I love my team. But you know, there’s a lot of brain damage that comes from the job. There was probably less brain damage when I worked in the afternoon. I was less well known. I had far less conflict in my life. I also have three kids who are soon going to be school from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. I come to work at 3:30. I like to see my children. Having said that, my boss has been good about working with me to make me happy–he knows I’m a hard worker. I’ve had few problems here where I couldn’t talk to him and say, “Can we work something out?,” and come away happy.
Kelly also discussed the difficulty she’s had securing an interview with Hillary Clinton (“How can she say she deserves George Washington’s job and not sit with me?”), and how exciting it would be be to cover a brokered GOP convention, saying “It would be a great news story.” For her part, Clinton praised Kelly on The View Tuesday, calling the anchor a “superb journalist.”I wonder what Bill O'Reilly thinks about Megyn possibly leaving FOX.

Rapper Azealia Banks Says Sarah Palin Should Be Gang-Raped By Black Men

Rapper Azealia Banks continues to showcase her talent for putting her foot in her mouth on Twitter, this time calling for former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin to be gang-raped by black men, and for the assault to be filmed and posted on the internet.
"Sarah Palin needs to have her hair shaved off to a buzz cut, get headfucked by a big, veiny, ashy, black dick then be locked in a cupboard," the Broke With Expensive Taste artist, 24, wrote on Twitter. "Hideous. At least suck a nigga dick or something before you start talking shit about 'black people willingly accepting slavery.' Least she can do."
The tweets are now deleted, but Banks appears to have based her vulgar rant on a satirical article from the website Newslo. The satire site states that the former governor said, "I'm telling you, I've been saying it for years, but nobody's listening – slavery wasn't forced onto African-Americans, they accepted it willingly."

Mississippi Senate: Conservatives of the Week
Why They're the Conservatives of the Week: for passing a common-sense law that protects citizens of the state from the Godless tyranny that is the Gay Mafia. Billed as 'controversial' by the liberal press that advocates for the anti-God Left, on Wednesday, the Mississippi Senate voted to pass the "Protecting Freedom of Conscience From Government Discrimination Act."
The bill says that businesses, social workers and public employees cannot be punished for denying services based on the belief that marriage is between a man and a woman or that "sexual relations are properly reserved to such a marriage." It also protects individuals who believe gender is determined at birth.
Sounds reasonable to me. By not allowing Christians to be forced into choosing between their conscious and anti-God, man-made laws that are causing some to go bankrupt, be jailed and/or lose their businesses, conservative politicians are standing up against a lying Gay Mafia that only seeks to reign terror on innocent Christians who could care less about who someone chooses to sleep with, but just wish to live their lives with respect to their faiths.
Of course, with Ellen Degeneres-run Gay Mafia being as powerful as it is, who knows if Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant will succumb to pressure from the anti-God Left and veto the bill (as fellow Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal just did) once it reaches his desk, but either way give the Mississippi Senate kudos for attempting to protect the rights of social conservatives and Christians.

Democrat-Run City of Chicago is on Track to Having 500 Homicides for 2016

As the first quarter of 2016 nears an end, violence in Chicago has reached levels unseen in years, putting the city on course to top 500 homicides for only the second time since 2008.
As of 6 a.m. Wednesday, homicides totaled 135, a 71 percent jump over the 79 killings in the same year-earlier period, official Police Department statistics show. That represented the worst first quarter of a year since 136 homicides in 1999, according to the data.
Shootings have jumped by comparable numbers as well. As of Wednesday, at least 727 people had been shot in Chicago so far this year, a 73 percent rise from 422 a year earlier, according to a Tribune analysis of department data.
Worse yet, that jump follows two consecutive years in which shootings rose by double digits, the analysis found. Homicides also rose by about 12.5 percent last year over 2014.
Crime experts caution about making year-to-year comparisons, but Arthur Lurigio, a professor of criminal justice and psychology at Loyola University Chicago, called the escalating violence at the start of the year "alarming."
"We have to go back decades to find jumps of this magnitude in year-to-year comparisons," he said. "We're on our way to 500 homicides again. We're going backward."
