Why She's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for taking identity politics and race-baiting to the next level with her comments on the Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Ford hearing this past Friday. Said Behar:
Joy Behar said she what she witnessed during Supreme Court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s hearing was just Republican’s side “worried that all white people are going to lose all their power.”
The comments came during a panel discussion Friday on “The View” over the testimony given by Kavanaugh and his accuser Christine Blasey Ford on Capitol Hill Thursday.
“But the people on the Republican side, it looks like to me, do not want to investigate this any further,” Behar shared. “They just want to hold onto their power. They know that this country is getting darker. White Europeans are now 61 percent of the population … yeah, complexion.”
“Yes. That’s what I mean. 61 percent are white Caucasians. In 2045, it will be 49 percent, so it’s going down,” she added. “So it’s almost like they’re worried that white people are going to lose all their power, so they don’t care if she’s lying or she’s not lying or he’s lying.”
Behar continued, “They just want to hold onto their power.
Pretty soon, we’ll be like South Africa — apartheid — where 10 percent of white people are running the country. It seems like the trajectory we’re on. This is what they want, I’m saying.”
Put aside the fact that Behar is white too, the bitter Hillary Clinton Stan and resident Trump-hater, just can't seem to grasp that, to quote Barack Obama: "Elections have consequences". So instead of just accepting fate and giving Hillary an iota of blame for losing the 2016 election, the narrow-minded Behar emboldened by her Trump Derangement Syndrome, does nothing but dish out conspiracy theories, Democrat talking points, identity politics, GOP-antipathy and of course, race-baiting. Because when you're filled with hate and you can't win the argument, just call everyone on the other side a bigot. Yeah, that's it.
I'm no expert, but here's what I noticed about Christine Ford's testimony and this whole drama. She still can't recall where exactly this alleged sexual assault took place. Or how she got to the party. Or how she left. Before she left said party, she didn't warn her friend Leland Keyser that Kavanaugh and Judge had just tried to rape her. Diane Feinstein sat on Ford's sexual claims for 6 weeks until the last minute. Feinstein could have alerted the FBI about it, protected Ford's anonymity and they could've done a way more comprehensive study on it. Ford's story on how many people were at the party has changed several times. None of the people Ford claims were there have corroborated her story. Not a single one. Ford could've reported her charges to the local police, but never has. The prosecutor hired by the GOP for the hearing, Rachel Mitchell, said that she could not charge Kavanaugh with anything based on there being no evidence. Kavanaugh's old friend, Mark Judge, has now submitted two statements to the Senate, saying that the incident didn't take place. Ford, and/or her lawyers, delayed the hearing because they said Ford was too afraid to fly. During the hearing we found out that Ford flies...a lot. Ford has a history of psychological problems and her own high school yearbook features a picture of her drinking. Ford also claimed that she didn't know that the Senate was willing to interview her in California since she was so scared of flying. During the hearing Ford said that she doesn't think Leland Keyser is credible because of “health issues”?!? Keyser said she does not know Kavanaugh or remember being at a party with him. Ford couldn’t remember the day she wrote a letter to Feinstein detailing her account and she wrongly identified Patrick Smyth as a bystander to the alleged misconduct in text messages to the Washington Post. Ford's own polygraph test had inconsistencies. Ford is a Democrat and an anti-Trump activist, which gives her motivation to lie. Ford's therapist notes don't mention Kavanaugh and her lawyers have refused to release them to the Senate. Ford's legal team are Democrat activists and have ties to the Clinton's. Bottom line, I think that Christine Ford is lying.
This is one vile and vindictive Senator. Democrat President's pick liberal judges. Republican President's pick conservative judges. That's how it works and that's why as Barack Obama stated, elections have consequences. Don't try to destroy an innocent man's life over it, deal with it.
Conservatives (esp. Trump) can't slam the NYTimes every day for lying or being biased and then turn around and demand Rosenstein be fired right now over one article...by the Times. Instead, open an investigation and have Rosenstein testify under oath.
Even if Ford doesn't respond by 10pm tonight, trust me, there will be another surprise and/or delay tactic this weekend because the Left will do anything to stop Kavanaugh...anything.
Being pro-choice is one of the Top 5 White Liberals tenets for being a Democrat and Brett Kavanaugh could destroy that, any wonder we got Dr. Ford at the absolute last minute???
This move should prove to the Republicans that this is nothing but an organized plot by liberals to stop Kavanaugh because he could play a part in one day overturning Roe vs. Wade. Repubs delayed the vote already set for this week in order to give Ford a chance to share her story, she ignored their calls all day to find out if she was showing up next Monday and now pulls this stunt, which coincidentally puts Ford in lockstep with uber-Left Dems like Harris and Warren who have been calling for more delays and an FBI probe. Just vote already and end this sham.
Sean Penn is an Oscar-winner, uber-liberal and well-established in Hollyweird circles, so he can afford to say this and not worry about receiving too much blowback.
But hey, what's the big deal right? After all, if a hit piece on a top member of the Trump administration somehow gets past the NYTimes editor's and then gets thousands of retweets, etc. and then gets corrected only after conservatives made enough noise about it being a clear cut lie, so what? Smh.
If you're still surprised at how low Joe and Mika will go with their TDS, then you really haven't been paying attention. Of course, Scraborough politicizing 9/11 to bash Trump is just another way to deflect from the fact that his show helped Trump become POTUS in the first place.

After the Obama administration set went too far in seeking to protect college students claiming they were sexually assaulted, “completely eroding” the due process rights of the accused, DeVos seeks to solve the problem and get back to a balanced playing field:
Under Obama-era Title IX rules, there was a sharp rise in men who say they were unfairly accused of sexual assault on college campuses thanks to a lower standard of evidence for finding guilt as “more likely than not,” but both the accused and accusers have complained about shoddy investigations and biased tribunals.
The Title IX law, enacted in 1972, forbids discrimination based on sex in education. It was once seen as a measure to ensure equity in college sports, but after President Barack Obama decried the “rape crisis” on our nation’s campuses, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) issued several “Dear Colleague” letters starting in 2011, directing college administrations to tackle the issue – and prove on paper they were doing so – or risk losing their federal funding.
The Trump Administration is set to release their new Title IX regulations on campus sexual misconduct this month, in time for the new semester, and is expected to roll back many of the Obama-era crackdowns that burdened colleges and universities and unfairly punished many accused, according to a preliminary draft obtained by The New York Times.
It was back in Fall 2017 that Devos called for replacing Obama-era rules for investigating allegations of sexual violence on campus that “failed too many students” with a more “workable, effective, and fair system.”
“Every survivor of sexual misconduct must be taken seriously. Every student accused of sexual misconduct must know that guilt is not predetermined. These are non-negotiable principles,” DeVos said. “Due process either protects everyone, or it protects no one. The notion that a school must diminish due process rights to better serve the ‘victim’ only creates more victims.”

Why's She the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: Just when you think that Trump Derangement Syndrome couldn't get any worse, Meghan McCain comes along to prove you wrong. Using her father's own funeral to rebuke President Trump (who wasn't invited) and how worldview, McCain eulogized her dad with a speech that included this statement:
"The America of John McCain is generous and welcoming and bold. She is resourceful and confident and secure. She meets her responsibilities. She speaks quietly because she’s strong. America does not boast because she has no need to. The America of John McCain has no need to be made great again because America was always great.” she said, to applause. Her speech kicked off with a swipe as well: “We gather here to mourn the passing of American greatness, the real thing, not cheap rhetoric from men who will never come near the sacrifice he gave so willingly, nor the opportunistic appropriation of those who live lives of comfort and privilege while he suffered and served.”
Yeah, that's right. Funeral's, which normally serve as a venue to mourn, grieve and/or celebrate a person's life, was instead used by the late Senator's daughter to throw cheap shots at the President. Of course, one would expect this from an anti-Trump (and suddenly pro-McCain) media that hates the President and seems to have conveniently forgotten how much they vilified John McCain when he ran against Barack Obama for President back in 2008. But not the family.
Guess we can now confirm that Meghan Mccain, even in her grief, was just as petty and bitter as her father was when it comes to Trump. But then, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
