Rep. Sean Duffy Announces He Is Leaving Congress in September

This may sound a little mean and I get that it's family first and all, but Duffy and his wife have 8 kids already. Now with a baby on the way with a heart condition, could that be a sign that it's time to yunno, stop having kids and concentrate on the 9 you have already?
