President Trump says Colin Kaepernick Should Play in NFL Again 'If Qualified'

I don't know why anyone would be surprised by Trump stating this. Trump's problem with Kaepernick was never about playing, it was about kneeling during the anthem, which he rightfully thinks is disrespectful.
