Why They're the Liberal Scumbag's of the Week: for playing politics with people's lives and refusing to compromise with the GOP on extending unemployment benefits that just expired July 31:

Meadows told reporters after meeting with Schumer and Pelosi on Thursday that the White House proposals "were not received well." He criticized Democrats for being unwilling to consider the short-term extension.  

"I think the Democrats are willing to allow the enhanced unemployment to expire, they made that very clear, not once, not twice, but three times, and so I'm not very optimistic on anybody who's counting on enhanced unemployment, to have any relief anytime soon," Meadows said.  

Meadows continued to express frustration with Democrats on Friday, telling reporters that the White House had proposed four options for extending the UI benefits.  

"The Democrats are certainly willing today to allow some of the American citizens who are struggling the most under this pandemic to go unprotected," Meadows said.  

A source with knowledge of the negotiations told CBS News Meadows initially proposed a simple one-week extension of UI benefits at $600 on Thursday, which Democrats rejected. He then suggested a "skinny proposal," which would have included 4 months of UI benefits at $400, with $105 billion for schools, liability protections, and some unspecified amount for the Paycheck Protection Program. Democrats rejected this as well, believing that McConnell would never come back to the negotiating table to discuss other priorities if he got what he wanted in the skinny package.  

At this point, Meadows suggested stripping out the liability provisions so McConnell would be motivated to keep talking, the source said, but Democrats still rejected the proposal. A spokesperson for Meadows denied that he had offered to strip liability protections.

With the liberal media on the Democrats side, Schumer and Pelosi know that they'll get little grief from the press on this. More reason why the GOP needs to speak out more on who's really at fault for this.

Why They're the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for "fact-checking" two of President Trump’s recent tweets, using CNN and Washington Post as sources:

President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order cracking down on “censorship” by social media sites, a move widely seen by critics as retaliation against Twitter’s decision to slap fact-checking labels on the president’s tweets.

The executive order targets companies granted liability protection through Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Under the statute, large social media companies cannot be sued for much of the content posted by others using their sites.

Without congressional action, however, there are limits to what Trump can do with the executive order. The president said Thursday that he would indeed pursue legislation in addition to the order.

Attorney General William Barr, who also attended the signing, said the Justice Department would seek to sue social media companies, saying the statute “has been stretched way beyond its original intention.”

But just like most of her far-Left colleagues in the media Gay was outraged, even going so far as to compare GOP opposition to impeachment to the defense of Jim Crow:

Mara Gay of the New York Times editorial board on Thursday compared Republicans’s behavior during the impeachment trial of President Trump to twentieth century politicians’ defense of the Jim Crow South, saying the nation is in a “very scary moment.” 

“I have to say, as somebody who grew up with a father who grew up in the Jim Crow South and in Jim Crow Detroit, a lot of what this has looked like from the Republican side, the kind of imagining and the farcical nature of this, the lack of good faith argument sounds very familiar to me, and it’s actually quite scary,” Gay said during an MSNBC panel. “I think we’re in a very scary moment.”

“I think you just spoke for metric tons of our viewers watching tonight after the day we’ve been through,” host Brian Williams responded.

Earlier in the segment, Gay said that Republicans’ reflexive defense of the president in the face of Democrats’ abuse of power allegation represented the culmination of a years-long devolution in the credibility of American institutions. 

“For the majority of Americans who have watched this process unfold and are living in reality … what we’re witnessing tonight is really a capstone and a just total collapse of faith in American institutions,” Gay remarked . “I think if you are an American who believes the evidence that the House managers laid out, you have to be thinking to yourself tonight, ‘I need to get myself and everybody on my block and everybody in my family to a poll very quickly’ because otherwise this president is not going to be held accountable. 

Bette Midler: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim to Fame: longtime singer, songwriter, actress, comedian, film producer and liberal provocateur

Why She's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for tweeting then deleting gratitude towards the neighbor who ‘Beat the Sh*t’ out of Senator Rand Paul in 2017 over a neighborhood dispute over a fence. The attack by Paul's neighbor, Rene Boucher, was so vicious that it left Paul with broken bones and resulted in part of his lung being removed. But that doesn't matter to scumbags like Midler who was upset after Paul dared to call Kurds 'ingrates' for not wanting aid from U.S. troops on a podcast.

Although the tweet was deleted, the actress tweeted no correction, apology, or explanation. Some of the positive replies to her tweet are still there, however. 

Midler has had to delete tweets from her extremely political Twitter timeline before, including a crack last year about someone stabbing President Trump. In both cases, Midler faced little to no criticism or pushback from the media.

Why They're the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for foolishly taking the classic Monopoly board game and giving it an ass-backwards, #MeToo facelift with Ms. Monopoly, to yunno, empower women.

With Ms. Monopoly, female players receive more money than male players and girls also get $240 each time they pass “Go” on the board, while boys get just $200. And instead of a real-estate mogul, Ms. Monopoly invests in female entrepreneurs. The front of the box is also adorned with a woman and reads: “The first game where women make more than men", because yunno kids care about pay gap and those sort of things.

“We believe this game and its content embody a positive message about female empowerment that we hope is embraced by a wide variety of audiences,” said Kristina Timmins, a spokeswoman for Hasbro.

Criticized by conservatives as a major toy company catering to the times while desperately attempting to be 'woke' as well as people on the Left for being gimmicky and flippant when it comes to the real issues women face in the workplace, Hasbro's new board game is catching heat from all political sides.

Within this whole brouhaha tho, one thing is still certain: liberalism is stupid.

Clearly upset that the President has been too busy running the country to return his phone calls all the while auditioning for a regular, paid gig on MSNBC or CNN, 'the Mooch', for 3 years a strong defender of Trump and his policies, has gone totally rouge with all the elements of sad and pathetic NeverTrumper: meeting with Bill Kristol to discuss taking Trump off the 2020 presidential ticket (yeah, good luck with that one), blaming Trump for all that's wrong in the world, hurling 5th grade insults at POTUS on Twitter (which got him suspended), playing psychologist and talking about POTUS' alleged 'mental decline', backpedaling on his previous statements in support of the Prez and even appearing with the likes of fellow attention-whore Omarosa recently on The Chris Matthews show to speak on their shared hatred for Trump.

Mika Brzezinski: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim to Fame: major Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer and co-host of 'Morning Joe'

Why She's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for suggesting that President Trump 'seems to want' mass shootings to happen in response to the president's address this week on two recent mass shootings. A suspect opened fire Saturday in a crowded Walmart in El Paso, Texas, killing 22. Later, in the early hours of Sunday, a second suspect killed nine people in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Said the MSNBC host (who ironically boosted the 2016 Trump campaign) and proven 'psycho':

"If he doesn’t unequivocally call it off and say, this is wrong and we stand together against this and we are doing this," Brzezinski said, "this and this to help fight hate crimes — I mean, this is a president who seems to want these things to happen." 

She added, "How else can this be explained? If he doesn't call it off." 

Her co-host, Joe Scarborough, added, "As you know, he’s inciting hatred now and he’s been inciting hatred up until yesterday because he sees that as a good political strategy." 

It has come to this then, has it? My, how far we have come since 2015. Back then, Brzezinski and Scarborough could not get enough of candidate Trump. They even used their show to boost his primary campaign. Indeed, except for Fox News’ Sean Hannity, no one did more to encourage Trump's candidacy. Scarborough and Brzezinski sidled up to the businessman. They gifted him with cloying, ultra-friendly telephone and in-person interviews. That is to say nothing of their day-to-day commentary, which was overwhelmingly favorable. They gave Trump more airtime than any of the other GOP candidates. 

Morning Joe's pro-Trump bias extended beyond programming hours, as I have noted elsewhere. Scarborough bragged about phoning Trump to offer debate advice. 

Scarborough also penned an op-ed calling anti-Trump conservatives “arrogant and unmoored.” Trump himself even joked once that Morning Joe's hosts made him sound like a "legendary figure." 

Also, contra Brzezinski, Trump did condemn white nationalism Monday. He also suggested possible solutions to prevent future shootings. 

"We must make sure that those judged to pose a grave risk to public safety do not have access to firearms and that if they do, those firearms can be taken through rapid due process," the president said. "That is why I have called for red flag laws, also known as extreme risk protection orders," he added. "In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry and white supremacy."

Why He's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for attempting to set up former-Special Counsel Robert Mueller with a lie during this week's testimony in front of the House of Representatives. Lieu, a notorious Trump-hater and rapid far-Left loon, used his time to interview Mueller by claiming that he didn’t charge Trump with a crime because of the OLC memo--an attempt at a 'gotcha' moment that Mueller originally vouched for by stating that he didn’t indict because he couldn’t. However, to the dismay of Lieu and other Democrats, later on, Mueller reversed his “that is correct” by restating what was written in his report:

Now, before we go to questions, I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, “You didn’t charge the president because of the OLC opinion.” That is not the correct way to say it. As we say in the report, and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.

Frustrated at Mueller daring to correct himself and going by what he actually said in his own report, Lieu would go to malign Mueller's integrity on CNN by claiming that somebody 'must have got to him'. Right.

Why She's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for posing the possibility of President Trump being charged with hate speech in the wake of Wednesday's controversial rally. Behar, long noted for her bitter hatred of the President and apparently unaware of this little thing called the 1st Amendment, kicked off her ignorant comments by saying she does not understand how President Trump could "get away with" attacking freshmen congresswomen the way he had, before launching into the next part of her diatribe:

"Why can't he be brought up on charges of hate speech?" Behar asked. She then wondered why the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which has repeatedly sued Trump's administration, hadn't sued the president over hate speech.

Her comments came after co-host Whoopi Goldberg indicated Trump's remarks had the potential to create violence against women in the country.

"He doesn't acknowledge the fact that what he's doing is possibly inciting violence towards these women" as well as those who express dissent, Goldberg asserted. "This involves every female in this country."

Goldberg acknowledged, however, that Trump had the right to make his comments but she and other "View' hosts would likely face different treatment if they made similar statements.

Their discussion came after a controversial rally in which Trump denounced Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., in front of an audience in North Carolina. "The View" particularly appeared to take issue with Trump's response to an audience chant, as well as the chant itself, calling for him to send the Minnesota congresswoman back to her native country of Somalia.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim to Fame: far-Left Democrat Congresswoman from New York City

Why She's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for recklessly equating illegal immigration detention centers in the South (something that took place under the Obama administration did as well) to Nazi concentration camps and then denying she meant those concentration camps even after using the phrase 'Never Again', a slogan that specifically refers to the Holocaust.

To make matters worse, in a lame attempt to fight back against criticism regarding her anti-Semitic remarks, AOC not only double-downed on them but denounced 'shrieking Republicans' for going after her, ignoring the fact it wasn't just Republicans condemning her, but also far-Left media hosts like Chuck Todd, Jewish Democrat voters, Holocaust survivors and a number of American Jewish organizations who also criticized Democratic Congresswoman.

Of course, AOC has gained quite a following on the Left for her ass-backward policy initiatives as well as her stupid and brain-dead comments during her brief political career. But just when you think she couldn't get any dumber she goes out and does something like this.

Hugh Culverhouse Jr.: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim To Fame: prominent tax lawyer and former owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League.

Why He's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for urging businesses and prospective students to boycott the University of Alabama over the state's new abortion law. For that fascist move, the university's board of trustees did the right thing and voted to return a $21.5 million gift from Culverhouse Jr. — the school's biggest donor — and take his name off its law school.

A week after Coral Gables philanthropist Hugh Culverhouse Jr. called for students to boycott the University of Alabama over the passage of a law banning nearly all abortions in the state, the university’s board of trustees voted Friday to give back a $21.5 million gift and remove his name from its law school.

Culverhouse, a top donor at the university and former Miami prosecutor, said the board decision was retaliation for “exercising free speech” and accused the university of lying to the public. The university stated Culverhouse’s “ongoing attempts to interfere in the operations of the Law School” led to the unanimous vote to return his money and cut ties with the donor. 

Culverhouse said the issues he had with the law school, about decreasing enrollment numbers, had been resolved before he called for a boycott. His $25.6 million pledge to the law school in 2018 was considered the largest gift in the university’s history, the school said at the time. The university wired $21.5 million — the amount he has paid so far — to him Friday.

On May 29, Culverhouse issued a call for a boycott of the state’s economy following the passage of the Alabama Human Life Protection Act, which would ban abortion except for when the life of the mother is in jeopardy. The bill would make performing an abortion a felony in almost all cases. Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed the legislation into law on May 16, and it is scheduled to go into effect in six months barring a successful legal appeal. 

While Culverhouse did not attend the University of Alabama, his parents did. The university’s business school is named after his father, the original owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team.

“It hurts,” he said of seeing workers remove his name from outside the law school. “It’s sad.”

April Ryan: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim To Fame: White House correspondent, CNN "political analyst" and Washington, D.C., bureau chief for American Urban Radio Networks

Why She's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for playing the victim after White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders' dad Mike Huckabee requested that Ryan's WH press credentials be taken away after she called for the Press Secretary to be fired and her head to be 'lopped off' (a term used to describe terrorists cutting off people's head's and limbs) upon learning via The Mueller Report that Sanders once misspoke to the press during a WH press briefing.

Ryan, a liberal demagogue, partisan hack pretending to be a journalist and notorious race-baiter who has threatened Sarah Sanders before during the #Piegate 'scandal' from 2017 that Ryan herself created and has repeatedly lied on record about comments from President Trump, doubled down on this controversy by questioning Mike Huckabee's faith on Twitter and even claiming that he won't 'get into heaven' for daring to defend his daughter from her violent rhetoric. In other words, Ryan makes the threat, but now she's the 'victim'. What a disgrace.

Why She's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: along with Adolf Hitler, 9/11 is just one of those things that you should never politicize. But leave it to 'controversial', freshman Democrat pol Ilhan Omar to stick her foot in her mouth (again) and do just that by outraging the families of 9/11 victims by referring dismissively to the terrorist attacks while speaking to a Muslim lobbying group.

Omar’s recent comments at the Council of American-Islamic Relations [CAIR] fundraiser were made last month when she called upon other Muslim-Americans to “make people uncomfortable” with their activism. However, another part of the speech surfaced on social media this week in which Omar described the terror attacks perpetrated by Al Qaeda. “CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something, and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties,” Omar said at the event.

And instead of apologizing or saying that she was taken of context for her irresponsible remarks, Omar doubled-down by making comparisons to former President George W. Bush's famous bullhorn speech just after the attacks. And of course, being the far-Left loon that she is, Omar would then play both the victim and race card after many conservatives and even President Trump lashed out at her online and in the media.

Adam Schiff: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim To Fame: California Congressman and House Intelligence Committee Chairman

Why He's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for continuing to double-down on his allegation that President Trump colluded with the Russian government before the 2016 election despite the findings of the Mueller Report which found no coordination between Trump and Russia. Schiff, who has gone on cable news networks hundreds of time claiming that he has the 'evidence' to back his claims, received backlash this past week from Trump and repeated calls from his GOP colleagues for him to resign. Of course, with Democrats running the House and Nancy Pelosi backing him, there's zero chance that the 'pencil-necked' Schiff will resign and we'll continue to wait with baited breath for Schiff to provide us with his proof.

Joy Reid: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim To Fame: 'transformed' Black liberal, cable television host and a national correspondent at MSNBC

Why She's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: Granted, it was already a given that the people who were going to be the most traumatized reacting to the news of there being no more indictments coming as Robert Mueller's report on alleged Trump/Russia collusion during the 2016 Presidential campaign was finally done and being sent to AG William Barr, would be Democrats, Never Trumpers, CNN and MSNBC. But Joy Reid would take 'complete meltdown' to another level with her take on the matter while hosting her lame AMJoy show on MSNBC today, rushing to judgment and crying “cover-up” over the still yet-to-be-released findings of the Mueller probe:

Earlier on Saturday, Reid noted on MSNBC that it feels like the “seeds of a cover-up” are present. 

“The fact that this investigation takes place within the Justice Department, which Donald Trump essentially controls, and that he got rid of the problem, [former Attorney General] Jeff Sessions, who––the one decent thing that he did was just recuse himself,” Reid said. 

Then, turning to current AG Barr, she added: “This guy is not recused. It feels like the seeds of a cover-up are here.”

To be fair, with Reid in mourning at the mere thought of there being no Russian collusion by President Trump, she's required by her bossses to say anything to satisfy her bloodthirsty, uber-Left viewers. But 'cover-up'? C'mon. Only someone in complete and utter denial and/or a complete hack who knows a lot about having something to hide would say something like that.

Jussie Smollett: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim to Fame: gay Black actor and singer

Why He's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for spinning the 'perfect' Trump-era narrative (complete with MAGA hats, homophobia and of course, a couple of racist white guys chilling outside in the middle of a polar vortex on a Chicago evening) of racial animus and hatred towards progressive America and having it all come crashing down as a hoax. For a rapid liberal, gay, black, actor, singer and Trump-hater it was the perfect opportunity to link with the mainstream media and smear every Trump voter as a racist...until we all found out that Jussie lied.

Two law enforcement sources with knowledge of the investigation tell CNN that Chicago Police believe actor Jussie Smollett paid two men to orchestrate an assault on him that he reported late last month. 

Smollett denies playing a role in his attack, according to a statement from his attorneys.
The men, who are brothers, were arrested Wednesday but released without charges Friday after Chicago police cited the discovery of "new evidence." 

The sources told CNN the two men are now cooperating fully with law enforcement. 

Smollett told authorities he was attacked early January 29 by two men who were "yelling out racial and homophobic slurs." He said one attacker put a rope around his neck and poured an unknown chemical substance on him. 

The sources told CNN there are records that show the two brothers purchased the rope found around Smollett's neck at a hardware store in Chicago.

Ellen Page: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim To Fame: Far-Left, anti-Christian, lesbian actress who first got noticed playing a pregnant, straight girl in Juno

Why She's The Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for publicly condemning Christian actor Chris Pratt for having the gall of attending a church that goes against Page's pro-gay, immoral beliefs.

Chris Pratt, a man who sometimes matches outfits with his fiancée Katherine Schwarzenegger and wants "lots of kids," is also very religious. 

Chris made an appearance on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert this week, and spent some time talking about the biblically-inspired diet he followed in January (which included no meat, no sugar, and no alcohol), as well as his relationship to his church, which as you might be sensing, is quite strong. 

Well, it seems like actress Ellen Page, who is gay and has been vocal about supporting the LGBTQ community, wasn't thrilled with Chris' interview. After seeing a tweet about Chris' church talk, she replied, "Oh. K. Um. But his church is infamously anti lgbtq so maybe address that too?"

Not that what Pratt does in his personal life is anyone's business, but if he wants to speak on his religious views publicly, so be it, it's a free country. But Page, an uber-leftist and a rising star in the Gay Mafia community (she recently spoke out against Vice-President Mike Pence for being too Christian), wasn't having any of it, 'Church-shaming' Pratt while continuing to use her Hollyweird platform to bash those who disagree with her. Indeed, if it were up to anti-religious bigots like Page, Pratt and all other Christians around the country would have to go back in the same closet Page says she was in before she 'came out' a few years back.

Claim To Fame: A national British daily broadsheet newspaper published in London

Why They're the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for running an article in its magazine a week ago that it said included “a number of false statements” and shouldn’t have been published. The longtime British daily admitted in an explanation titled “Melania Trump -- An Apology,” that the first lady’s father was not “a fearsome presence and did not control the family.” It also said she didn’t leave her studies in design and architecture at university due to an exam, but because she wanted to pursue a career as a model. It also said it inaccurately stated she was “struggling” as a model when she met Donald Trump, now the president.

The UK newspaper is now promising to pay the 1st Lady 'substantial damages' for their fake news story.

The story, which was written by US journalist Nina Burleigh, has since been removed from the Telegraph's website. 

Among the issues with the article pointed out in the paper's statement is that of Trump's father "was not a fearsome presence and did not control the family." 

The first lady's education was also apparently misstated, as the apology reads that Trump "did not leave her design and architecture course at university relating to the completion of an exam, as alleged in the article, but rather because she wanted to pursue a successful career as a professional model." 

Of her career as a model before she met her husband, the apology clarified that "Trump was not struggling...and she did not advance in her career due to the assistance of Mr. Trump." 

The apology continued: "We accept that Mrs Trump was a successful professional model in her own right before she met her husband and obtained her own modeling work without his assistance." 

Other factual errors described in the apology include that the first lady met her husband in 1998, not 1996, in addition to other small points about her life before the White House.

CNN's John King: Liberal Scumbag of the Week

Claim to Fame: CNN's chief national correspondent and anchor of its roundtable political discussion program Inside Politics

Why He's the Liberal Scumbag of the Week: for questioning taxpayers funding 2nd Lady Karen Pence's security while teaching at a private, Christian school that excludes homosexual students and staff. Karen Pence, upon returning to teach at Immanuel Christian School in Northern Virginia, came under scrutiny from the liberal, anti-Trump media this past week because of its strict religious beliefs, which include anyone working there agreeing that marriage can be only between a man and a woman.

"Does it matter all taxpayers pay for her housing? All taxpayers pay for her Secret Service protection? It's not her fault she needs protection, this is the world we live in. But all taxpayers subsidize her life. Does it matter?" asked King to a group of panelists on his Inside Politics show. That's right, for simply being a Christian working at a Christian school, a major network anchor suggested that Karen Pence shouldn't have taxpayers paying for security protection and even government housing. Or, in other words, for failing to adhere to radical Leftist ideology, you should stfu.

Vice President Mike Pence would later defend his wife from King as well as liberal groups like the ACLU and the Human Rights Campaign who also spoke out against Karen Pence and said they'd "let the critics roll off their back." The VP also added, however, that "to see major news organizations attacking Christian education, is deeply offensive to us." And also offensive to any conservative, Christian or anyone else who adhere's to God's word instead of man's.

Both the president and first lady Melania Trump surprised troops stationed in Iraq the day after Christmas, which was followed by another visit with troops in Germany. 

However, there was barely a kind word toward the president regarding his trip overseas — at least on CNN. On Wednesday evening, the network's reporting drew attention to some troops bringing MAGA hats for the president to sign and how this may be against the guidelines, which forbids active members of the military from participating in “political activities.” 

The story by CNN politics reporter Eli Watkins, headlined “Troops bringing Trump hats to sign may violate military rule,” was criticized by Sanders, who fired back at CNN on Thursday, tweeting that the network “will attack anyone who supports President Trump, including the brave men and women of our military who fight everyday to protect our freedom.”

CNN host and resident idiot/Trump-hater Don Lemon also chimed in on the network using the troops to showcase their TDS by comparing Trump to the 'Grinch who stole Christmas' because the President dared to visit the troops. Mind you, after the news of Trump's visit took place, NBC News was forced to backtrack on its report that said Trump did not visit troops over Christmas.

As it also turned out, contrary to what you were told by CNN, there was no violation made by the troops who sought to get signatures from Trump:

President Trump's signing of "Make America Great Again" hats during his whirlwind trip to visit troops in Iraq didn't violate regulations prohibiting a mix of political and military activities, The United States Air Force in Europe says. Trump's trip earlier this week included a stop at Ramstein Air Base in Germany for refueling, where military members met with the president and brought their personal belongings for Trump to sign. 

The gesture quickly drew derision from the likes of CNN and others, citing potential violations of military regulations governing service members and political activities. For the Air Force, the governing regulation is AFI 51-902, Political Activities by Members of the U.S. Air Force . But it includes no specific mention of incidents like Trump's impromptu hat-signing, according to Military.com. Nor is their any indication any of the regulation applies to a sitting president and commander in chief. 

"There is no rule against Airmen bringing personal items to be signed by the president," USAFE said. "Any time the commander in chief offers the opportunity to meet with Airmen, such as this official holiday visit by the President and First Lady, Airmen are welcome to participate. No policy violations have been brought to our attention at this time."
