for the last 30 years that's come out about this creep this past week. Weinstein made great, powerful movies, donated money to many Democrat politicians and became a powerful man within Hollywood circles, but why did it take so long for all his lewdness to come to light? Was it that Weinstein political contributions outweighed protecting women's rights? Or was it that everyone in morally bankrupt, liberal Hollyweird knew what was going on, but didn't have the balls to say anything until a New Yorker article exposed him? Or was it because
actor Corey Feldman, who spoke out on Hollywood's pedophile problem years ago (and got mocked for it) wasn't high enough on the food chain for anyone to believe him?
Whatever the reason, people in Hollyweird knew about Weinsteain and for the most part, they chose to stay quiet about it. Liberal pols too like Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama who accepted tons of money from Weinstein, partied with the creep and called him a 'friend', but chose to stay silent for days after the allegations surfaced. And now, under immense pressure from the public, Democrat pols are lining up to give away Weinstein's coins. Yunno, the same one's who are quick to call out President Trump's past shenanigans.
Still, Weinstein's been fired from his company in disgrace,
axed by the Academy, his wife's divorcing him and there's even rape (and a host of other) allegations that he'll have to deal with. His life as he knew it is now over, there's just no excuse that it took so long.
