Rudy Giuliani Is Out of the Running for a Cabinet Position

Giuliani should have never been considered for SoS in the first place, i don't care how loyal he was to Trump during the campaign. Giuliani is too inexperienced and overrated as 'America's Mayor' when all he did during 9/11 was what he was supposed to do.
