Joe Biden Regrets Not Running For President

A real journalist would get behind the details of why Joe Biden really didn't run for POTUS. I mean he served under a still popular President, people for the most part generally like him, considering his age 2016 was probably his last shot at the Oval Office and he had more experience in politics than Hillary. So what's the real reason Joe Biden didn't run for office? Especially as he comes out and says he regrets not running now. Could it be that the Obama and Hillary camps double-teamed him into not running? Hmmmm....
